Verify Leaking showers and recommend fix

We have two bathrooms in our rental property, each with questionable/aged/broken seals around the showers. There is the possibility of limited damage to one of the shower walls as we have seen a small hole, but not sure of origin. What we would like is: 1. Visit property and assess the quality of showers, seals, confirm any water damage to surrounds, let us know if this will be invasive or not to wall linings etc. 2. Provide evidence of water readings, photos etc 3. Determine remediation options and costs (if this is required) from quick fix to shower replacement Note the house was built in 2012 so the fittings should be reasonably modern, we were surprised at the state of the seals on last inspection in early January (apologies I didn't take photos). We would need to arrange suitable time with tenants.
