Laundry renovation

I have a 1950's laundry where it is accessed via the bathroom (currently 2 door access). If possible, I want to move access to the laundry through the hall/old HWC (I now have continuous gas). There is currently a cupboard door there. I want to close off the current door to the bathroom so it isn't a throughfare. The walls will need re-gibbing and some ceiling repairs where the cornices were attached to the cupboards. I want to put a new laundry in. I also have 2 ceiling holes I need repaired in the bathroom where the old extractor and lights were.
