Internal Alterations. Remove existing timber and concrete piles, replace with horizonal beams to convert area into new garage. Also convert the existing garage / rumpus room to a bedroom. The existing garage door with be placed in the new proposed garage and a new bifold door or ranch slider placed in the old garage doors place. If further info is required, please do not hesitate to contact me. I have available the plans submitted to Tauranga City Council for building consent.
