P3 Research renovation

We are at Promed House and wish to enlarge a small room (which functions as a pharmacy) by partial removal of a gib wall, and creation of another. Each is only less than 3m in length. We have some joinery coming from Auckland (ex Cabjaks) for installation in the newly created room. There is some minor electrical work and gib stopping would need to be done (new power points). We think the job could largely be accomplished over one or 2 weekends, with appropriate planning. Before the end of July would be ideal.
