Create a servery window opening in a load bearing interior wall

I believe I need a LBP to carry out the structural building work to create a servery window opening in a load bearing interior wall. I have already removed the gib to see what size opening I would like as per the photo (approx 900mm x 900mm) So I now need a builder to come and remove the central stud in the opening and put in the appropriate support beam/lintel above and provide the necessary paperwork to prove it was done to code. I already have an electrician arranged to move the wiring you can see in the photo. As you can see I am ready to have this work done as soon as a builder is available. Please note if it reduces costs significantly then I am happy to complete the trim work, painting etc to make it look like a finished servery window/pass through myself.
