Next to our house we have a 50 square metre office with a small kitchen and a toilet. The aim is to convert this to a 'granny flat'. Plumbing is all in and it is fully consented. It will require the removal of one non-load bearing internal wall and the divison of another room with a new wall. The small bathroom is plumbed for a shower and one will need to be fitted. The bathroom vanity will also need to be changed. Once this work is completed we will get new flooring and everything painted.

It's easy to find minor things that could have been better, yes the work could have been completed earlier, it did suffer from several delays, but the biggest test is, 'would I use Donnie again?', and the answer is 'yes without doubt!' A good job and we are very pleased with the result. I'm very happy to recommend DJ Contracting.
