We have a converted garage that needs to be brought up to spec - we have the consents and details from council - looking for a positive and flexible builder to a) take charge b) undertake needed repairs c) use friendly owner couple as labourers where useful to save time/money and d) subcontract where necessary.

A nice guy - which is a big factor for us - and a good communicator. Would have liked things to have gone a lot quicker but the delays were not always under Andrew's control. Flexible and accommodating, which we haven't found to be a common trait in builders!
