Full bathroom renovation for a small bathroom, approx 7-8m2. Remove existing shower, bath , vanity, gib, flooring, etc., i.e. strip back to framing. Possible water damage below the vanity will require fixing if present - would not consider this in the quote as would be in addition to it if present. Re-GIB (with Aqualine), install new shower and vanity (no bath), mirror, heated towel rail. Electrical including installation of a couple of new lights and extractor fan. Plastering, painting. Flooring Waste removal.
