Bathroom Renovation

This project involves a slight reconfiguration of an existing small bathroom. The bathroom currently has a toilet, small ( --- ) shower, vanity, hot-water cupboard, and laundry. This project will install a new ( --- ) shower, which needs to be installed approximately 2 metres from the current shower. The access to the hotwater cupboard will need to be relocated (i.e. the existing cupboard filled in and a cupboard door put on a different wall). A non-structural wall which currently separates the toilet from the shower is to be removed, and a larger vanity unit installed. The existing toilet replaced with a newer model in the same place. The vinyl floor will be replaced with a new vinyl floor, an extractor fan fitted and the room painted. I do not believe a consent is required for this work as no additional sanitary features will be installed.
