RENOVATION OF BATHROOM (Includes Shower, Toilet and Vanity) SCOPE OF WORKS 1. Remove Louvre Window and replace with Casement Window to match other existing window. 2. Reline all Interior walls with Seratone or similar product. (Owner to select colour.) (Owner will remove all architraves, old wall lining and insulate). 3. Replace floor covering with non-slip floor covering. (Owner to select floor covering) Floor covering to cove on to wall. 4. Renovation of Shower: a. Install Glass Wall over existing ‘Wet Floor’ between outside wall and edge of cupboard wall b. Glass Wall to include outward opening door c. Replace ‘Drain Rose’ so top of rose is level with top of floor d. Shower Head to be relocated to outside wall e. Shower Control to remain in present position. 5. Keep existing Toilet (New) 6. Install new Vanity Unit. (Owner to supply) 7. ? Possibility of existing Laundry Door into Bathroom, turning into a Sliding Door into wall. 8. Owner to complete all painting.
