1.Build, line and insulate internal wall 4m x 2.4. 2.Remove existing wall board on internal wall, replace with gib 8m x 2.4 3. Electrical wiring 2 x double points. 1 double pp and tv port. I am closing part of the garage off to make a bedroom.
