We have a small bathroom approx. 2300 x 1850 that needs some TLC. Job requires new shower install, bottom half of the wall needs re-jib / plaster due to water seepage at the bottom at some point (prior to purchase). Pics included. Some plumbing work on existing vanity and toilet (pic not shown) needed. Also install of a new mirror and heating retractor fan/light as the current one is no longer adequate.
