Bathroom renovation

My bathroom, shower and toilet are currently 3 separate rooms. I want to make the shower and toilet rooms one space and add a vanity. So will need a new shower and vanity installed, wall removed, door removed etc. The current shower possibly has caused some leak damage under the shower tray, have a concrete foundation, and maybe to framing. I then want to change the current bathroom which has the bath and vanity in it to a small office/bedroom, so plumbing decommissioned and new wall linings and recessed sliding door installed. I only have the one toilet so need this job done in a timely manner with the ability to keep using the toilet if possible during the reno. Flexible on start time frame.
