-Strip out the existing Bathroom and toilet. -remove wall between toilet and bathroom -remove bathroom and toilet door and make single door. -install a 900mm900mm shower unit with mixer -install a toilet suite -install vanity (provided) -remove 2 windows in toilet and bathroom and make 1 window. -replace the bathroom wall linings to Gib Aqua panel and plaster -put new flooring on the bathroom -plaster all repaired areas.
