Job description
Water is leaking from shower over bath to the floor below. ASAP... Remove bath and lining of the walls above the bath. Lift lino. Remove and replace rotten portion of particle board floor. Re-install the bath. Place new wall covering (formica or similar) on the walls around the bath and on the walls above the bath with new seals.

Chris has "old school" skills and attitude. He added extra strength to support the replacement of rotten floor. He easily switched to a different set of skills to install a new bath with extra effort to seal the walls. Every aspect of the job was completed to a standard beyond expectation.
