1950s do up, rewire, re-gib and insulate ceiling, bit of exterior work like replace fascia and spouting

Bought an old 1950s house to live in, approx 100 m². You can do some or all of this, I really want the spouting and fascia replaced asap. Would like to replace pinex softboard ceiling, gibstop it, insulate roof, and a bit of general building work too such as replacing rotten fascia, new spouting, replace a couple of weatherboards with hardiplank. Patch up leaking sunporch and reline it, reroof it with non flat pitch. House needs rewiring too so will need to work in with the sparky, bring your own if he's good and has references. Also possibly extend eaves on end bedroom and new corrugated iron on it. Also possibly also a new bathroom. The work can be done piecemeal as your schedule permits but I'd like house rewired also and new lighting. I am available if required to work under your direction as hammer hand etc, able bodied but minimal experience, not completely unco or feeble though. You can possibly stay onsite if required for $150/week, depends if I've found someone more aesthetically pleasing or not I guess lol I'd like it finished to a high standard, no rip shit and bust stuff but I'm a very straight up amiable sort really. I will be very happy to bleat to everyone I know about a good builder or any other tradie.
