This is quite a dated home (1970s) and there has been some renovations made over the years, however, the building needs a few things: - There is possible damage to the roof which has caused water to leak into the living room and wallpaper is now bulging and you can see the water damage. - Kitchen and bathroom need updating. - Windows need resealing; there's condensation and also drafts. - Repainting or wallpapering. - Carport could be turned into a closed garage. - Detached bach needs to be knocked down as well as an old double carport. - Any other work that is needed for the health and safety of occupants.
