Bathroom Relocation, New Entrance & Woodburner install in Initial Cottage

We have recently purchased a 68sqm 2 bedroom 1990s cottage built by Initial Homes. We would like to renovate it in stages, this first stage being relocating the bathroom into one of the bedrooms and creating a new entrance door with a large porch where the bathroom was. We would also like to install a Woodburner. Really interested in hearing from designer/builders who have experience with Initial/Lockwood style homes, so can offer an insight into what the most cost effective options are.
