My lounge (7m x 3m), kitchen (3.5m x 2.5m), and three bedrooms (4m x 4m) (3m x 3m) (3.8m x 2.2m) and entry (3.4m x 4m) require gib ceilings and cove installed. Also the lounge has a beam running across it, and we are looking to have it removed, and strengthening above the ceiling to replace beam. Also looking at removal of existing kitchen and reinstall of new flat pack replacement. There will be electrical and plumbing and plasterer required.
