General Renovations

We have concept plans drawn up for a renovation that includes re-cladding (replacing cedar with a low maintenance alternative). Property is two story and on a sloping section. Windows are to be replaced through out, there is a new bathroom and bedroom to be added within the existing workshop space, and upstairs a bathroom and laundry are going to be combined to create a new modern bathroom. One elevated deck is to be extended, and a staircase added. Balustrades are also to be replaced. We'd Ideally like to get started in October (pending building consent), but would be flexible for the right builder. Experience in re-cladding essential.
