Kitchen floor renovation

We've had a leak under the floor - fixed, a wet joist - dried out, temporary strand flooring down - damn cold for the tenant. I need to get the joist replaced and permanent flooring down. It needs to be hand in hand with Hay's Plumbing who need to drain and remove the hot water tank.
