We have a property at Manapouri Fiordland. We want to renovate the bathroom, by taking out the existing bath and replacing it with a wet floor shower. Also tile half way up the walls and put in a new vanity. The bathroom is 1.8 x 1.95, so not a huge space. We are able to organise new aluminium windows ourselves and can strip everything out if required.
