Bathroom pipe out and potential hot water refit

I require a pipe out for my bathroom moving some pipes and installing one new waste. The pipe out is required on the 23 of October and installation of shower and toilet on the 27 october. The pipe out will be done will all gib and fittings except toilet removed (we require you to remove the toilet). The pipe out requires one new grey water waste installed in the existing bathroom, one hot and cold pipes moved to approx 1 and a half metres from current spot, same height though. One waste moved approx one metre, one hot and cold moved approx one metre, one hot and cold moved approx 200mm down in height and the waste moved approx 200-400mm across. The refit requires a new toilet refitted and shower box put in. We are also looking at replacing the existing 135l low pressure water cylindar with either gas or a low pressure 250l cylindar. If you are able please provide 3 quotes, one for pipe out and refit, One for removal of old cylindar and installation of new 250 or 280l low pressure cylindar, and one to replace system with gas hot water. The property is in featherston South wairarapa so if necessary please include the travel in your quote. We also prefer gst to be included in the quote. There is approx 1-1.2 metres of space under the house with easy access. Photo one is current bathroom, photo two is hot and cold for current shower over bath, photo 3 is current toilet, photo 4 is space where new shower will go.
