House Renovations

We have had plans drawn up for a garage to be converted from one large structure to a double garage, 1 bedroom studio and a tool shed. The whole building will need to be re-clad and a new garage door installed. There will be about three new windows and two old ones removed. There will also be one external door put in. We also have plans to do some renovations on our house. This includes converting a fourth bedroom into a new en-suite bathroom, some internal storage to be created, extending a bedroom internally, putting in a couple of external doors, removing a few windows and installing a few windows. Merging a separate kitchen and laundry into one large kitchen room which involves removing one wall and raising the flooring of one of the rooms. There is also a couple of decks to be built. We may look at breaking the work into a couple of stages. At this stage we are only looking for someone to quote for completing the job before we submit the plans for approval. We are looking at completing the garage renovations before the end of this year and the house renovations next year. We have plans for the garage to hand but are waiting on the remaining plans for the house renovations.
