Job description
We have a bathroom and en-suite that need attention! Main bathroom - remove HW cylinder and surrounding cupboard. Install an infinity hw solution. Install a shower. Install a fan. Maybe new fixtures and fittings depending on need. En-suite - it’s time to remove the Swedish sauna look! Remove a wall, re-line, new shower, vanity and loo. New fan too, oh and don’t forget insulation! We have more photos but couldn’t upload them all. We need builder, plumber & gasfitter, sparkie and tiler. We currently operate as an holiday rental so what’s important to us is that you turn up when you say you are going to! We have a fixed window to complete the work.

Don’t trust this guy with your home or money. Alex disappeared on us. We got him in to do a renovation on 2 bathrooms. After many delays. And really poor comms Alex didn’t show up again. The finishing was terrible, parts were incomplete, no certs on work done by trades, and half our deposit gone for some Insulation. Also sounds like Alex did not pay his sub contractors, so we are talking to them.
