Full house renovation

Want to hear from builders who have the facility to satisfy the needs of an insurance company. ie as well as complete all their admin requests, be linked with a reliable team of subcontractors in order to get work done to a high standard while completing on time etc as in project managing the whole deal. Our house is badly damaged by fire and needs all interior walls and ceilings guttered, re-gibbed etc. The company we select will need to have good knowledge and be experienced in re-piling some of the wooden piers in the foundations, as well as any other unknown issues the old house may have that may not be related to the insurance rebuild, and offer this to us at a competitive price as we will be paying for these.
