Replace shower lining

The seratone inside the shower has been painted. The paint is peeling and it is looking ugly. The wall lining may need to be replaced. Possibly, 1-3 walls including the wall with shower fitting. No shower door as curtain & rod are used. Im estimating each wall to be about --- .
