Renovate Bathroom

Our old farmhouse bathroom is passed it's used-by date. We want to remove the current bathroom, toilet (separate), and laundry (exterior access), and replace it with a separate toilet with handbasin, and a new bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and vanity (all new). We do not need the old laundry space at all. There is no huge rush to have the job done, but before Christmas would be great. Some considerations below: -We know what we want, but are happy to take advice. -The plumbing will need to be reconfigured. -We want the bathroom to be completely tiled. -We won't be saving any of the current fixtures or fittings. -We MAY chose to contract our own electrician and plumber. -We have other shower & toilet facilities to use while the renovation is happening. -The current bathroom is currently a bio-hazard (maybe I'm joking), we don't want to get involved in the demo, but could probably dispose of old bathroom timber etc... on the farm. -The project is about 70kms from Hamilton, 90kms from Taupo, and 60kms from Rotorua. -Our focus will be on quality.
