I have a seperate shower and bath, i want a new bath with shower over top of it, It is only a small bathroom, so i am trying to make the room more roomy... a new vanity and a tower cubboard the floor has a hole from rotting about the size of a dinner plate so this will need to be fix and new vinyl laid, i need a plumber as we will have to redirect plumbing..the floor area is maybe about 2, 1/2 square metres i think
