Sleepout ensuite

We have a cinderblock sleepout (half of the garage) with an outside toilet attached to the outside. The toilet is currently in temporary timber framed walls and sits on a concrete pad. It sits under a lean-to roof in a poly-tunnel type of area. We'd like proper walls and roof installed, the concrete pad extended to accommodate a shower, and knocked through to the sleepout to create an ensuite. Not sure how much price difference having a window will make, so would appreciate a quote with and without.
