Whole home rennovation

The entire house needs rennovation from replacing the ceilings with gib, house is 160sqm, strapping some concrete external walls with insulation and re-gibbing, removing existing and installing a new kitchen and butlers pantry, rework and update ensuite, update in family bathroom and add laundry into it and replace the skylight, turn existing laundry into home office, prepare all internal walls for painting, painting of all internal walls/ceilings, remove and update all flooring, update lighting, supply and install infinity type hot water system, install hrv or similar system, build out portion of wall around a door frame in hallway making wall flush, remove vinyl siding off part of the building and do any repairs required to exterior then render or rough cast the area where siding has been removed, remove dated glass conservatory and replace with more modern "lean to style roof". I am happy to source and supply kitchen appliances, bathroom materials e.g bath showers vanitys etc for you to install. Job would begin on the 17th of March and hopefully completed by the 20th of April. The house will be empty during this time so there is no household furniture etc to work around. The owner will be on-site daily to help with decision making etc
