House Renovations 2022

Our home is a 1960s single storey home with an attached internal garage which has been walled up to make a 2nd “lounge”. We would like to make this a permanent lounge with large glass doors on both sides that opens out to the front and back of property. The floor is on slope so will need to have this leveled. We need a wall opening from the house to the new lounge and a complete kitchen install with a new kitchen window installed to accommodate the change. A change of location to a hallway door. Remodeling of the existing bathroom, moving the wall to make it larger. And adding another bathroom into the laundry with the addition of cavity sliders for both rooms. Moving of a wall in the office to make it bigger and potential bedroom. And make the room beside a boot room/linen room with installation of a new exterior door. And both rooms with cavity sliders. An installation of new French doors in the current lounge with new widow installed on both side walls. A timber deck out the front of the property from the new french doors to the new large doors of the new lounge. We would also like a large 2 vehicle carport built on pre-existing concrete driveway. There maybe a few additional things required to be done. Would like this work started by August 2022 and completed by December 2022 if possible.
