Renovate 2x bathrooms

6+ year old spec homes. 2x cheap bathrooms. looking to renovate/upgrade. tile walls floors etc, new showers, vanities, mirrors and lights. Ensuite approx 2x2m? Main bathroom approx 2.5x3m? plus separate toilet room to match. (toilet, hand basin, tiles floor etc. Family with two youn childern so would bneed to plan work - ideally one bathroom at a time.
