Bathroom renovations 2

1905 420sqm house. One bathroom with original tongue and groove walls and (very high) ceiling. Was once a laundry. Has a functioning basin and shower. Shower currently has an electric instant water heater. Needs to be plumbed in to gas hot water system. Claw foot bath to be plumbed in. Flooring needs replacing. Very little room under the house so tricky. Second smaller bathroom has been 'done' in the 70's and has avocado green fixtures. (Bath with shower over, basin, toilet) Want gutted, new toilet and a wet floor shower replacing the bath. I can do painting and maybe tiling myself. Want to respect the bones/history of what has been a beautiful old home. 'Modernising' not the goal.
