I have bought an ex state house. It has been damaged inside. Will need electrical plumbing and building work. I am considering remodelling the kitchen dining living area and putting in an enclosed fire and dvs system with a new water cylinder and wet back. Am hoping to do as much of the general labouring myself and learn skills to keep costs down. Would like to know how much to move a bathroom and or build an ensuite. I am looking for quotes to get a home improvement loan
