Garage- Leakage/Mould GIB replacement/might involve flooring also

Hi there, we have found some leakage in the garage and the moulds forming. It seems the leakage has expanded on the outer walls (front and side of the house), and onto the floor/skirtings etc. It seems it will need gib replacement, new insulation etc. and may be driveway fix as well as we could see the moisture upto the driveway, but not sure.
