Workshop Lining and Ensuite

Workshop interior lined with tigerply or open to recommendations. An ensuite added with basic toilet, shower and basin (ensuite approx 3.5m x 1m), overall sleepout area for lining (approx. 5.5m x 3.5m). A tapped-off water mains water supply is at the back of the shed and the area to connect to the sewer is uncovered and located for connection. Need to apply for an amendment to the current consent application for the ensuite.
