Extractor Fan Removal & Gib Repair

An existing fan within the kitchen. This fan does not meet Healthy Home standards and needs to be removed and replaced with an external venting fan. In order to install the new fan, the existing is to be removed and the opening is to be sealed. Upon completion of this, the new extractor fan can be installed. Looking for someone that is able to remove the existing and seal the opening (inc. Plastering Work)
