Replace single sink vanity with double sink vanity

I currently have a single sink vanity that I want replaced with a double sink vanity. The new one is longer than the current one so the heated towel rail will likely also need to be moved or replaced. I have the vanity and sink but haven't bought the tap ware yet as I would like guidance from a professional to ensure I get the correct type/style. I don't have an urgent time frame o start however I have young children so would like the work to be completed as quickly as possible eg 1-2 days if possible.
