Cottage Renovation AND Extension - One new bedroom

Addition of a bedroom and full renovation of cottage in SPRINGFIELD. Extent of work subject discussion and advice. However, will have to include chimney removal, repiling, replacing some windows, and replacing some exterior cladding (or full reclad), remodelling some of the interior. Hard to state the extent of the work until options discussed with building company. Also, whether all work is with one building company or separate company for repiling. Would prefer co-ordination/work by one company if possible. Looking for MB registered and good experience with early wooden cottages. Some flexibility on value of job depending on final work decided. Consents not yet applied for but would like to move ahead with this a.s.a.p. after discussion/decisions/quote.
