Our bathroom is 3.2m x 2.1m. window at one end, door at the other. In one corner there is a triple door cupboard housing a washing m/c and hot water tank. on the opposite wall is a floor standing sink and vanity unit. on the wall under the window is an old cast iron bath with shower over. opposite the sink and in-between the bath wall and hot cupboard there is a toilet. Ok, so what we want to do is, remove the cupboard, replace the hot water tank with a gas hot water system and fit a --- shower unit on that wall. Leave the toilet where it is, remove the bath and fit a full width bench with a sink in the middle, vanity underneath and the washing machine and tumble drier either side. There is water and drain (from the bath) for the sink and washing m/c. The tumble drier will need an external vent. Maybe a new extraction system, heat lamp unit, we'll take that under advisement. Tiled throughout and maybe a waterproof floor. Possibly some down lighting. This is only a broad idea of what we'd like, but we are open to any suggestions and advice.
