Small bathroom renovation

1650mm x 2700mm bathroom full renovation. This is a wet bathroom with 70s seretone on the wall Wanting new waterproof lining on the wall in white Toilet, vanity and shower to be replaced but kept in the same place. New wet floor vinyl on floor also required. Wanting black shower and vanity fittings Wanting a glass partition in the place of a shower curtain or advise on a better solution. New extractor fan/heater also required. Not looking at high end materials as not wanting to over capitalise.
