Kitchen renovation - Ngakuru, Rotorua

Hi, I require a kitchen refit, replace all cabinets, sink, anppliances, etc. Daunting for me is the built in extractor fan going up through the roof, and the ceiling soft board around it will need replacing. I am planning on a Bunnings or Mitre 10 kitchen, and I need a builder to help with the details. We have 2 cupboards that I think could be made into one larger pantry, and I would like to discuss whether we can take out half a wall to make the kitchen dining room more open. Thank you.
