"Thank you for your review, not to sure why the low review score on Cost and Responsiveness as the Cost was agreed apone before the job started, and nothing was said about this untill a few hours AFTER the work was completed via Text message (Client was handed an invoice with the agreed amount on it before i started so there would not be any add ons), And Responsiveness i thought was very good as I carried out the work the following day after agreeing on the quote. "
