18A Wylie St : Bathroom Reno

Rental/BnB with four bathrooms. House is well heated and cleaned once or twice daily. Many fixtures, especially shower sliders are corroded. Mirrors have corrosion around edges. Several wall surfaces are simply painted over wall paper. Windows need some maintenance. Several areas with sealant are getting rough. Would like to look at getting the bathrooms updated with similar corrosion resistant fixtures, elderly resident supports near toilets and inside showers, update wall surfaces as needed. Nothing too fancy, but we want it to handle multiple daily cleaning. I would like this done over the next year, but with residents being there most of the year, we might need to work on one bathroom at a time instead of the whole house at once.
