Lounge extension

Hi Team, I am making enquiries into a project we want to complete on our house in Ngongotaha this coming summer. The project requires a load bearing wall to be removed between two rooms, which we believe would require installation of steel beam to support the 1st floor. Also we would like to remove a small bathroom and have a larger window installed in the outside wall of the opened up area. We are very pragmatic about timelines, we know all builders are very busy and pushed for time and materials, but to us, communication is the top priority. We don’t care if there are delays, as long as we are kept in the loop about the delays and a quick text is all that is required to do that. So, if you think that you could undertake our reasonably small job this summer sometime (or sooner if the permits from council and your time schedule opens up) could you please send us an email.
