Looking for quotes to complete a full renovation internal and external on a 4 bed 2 bath property in Rotorua. Tasks include roof remediation or painting, piling assessment, guttering and spouting replacement, internal and external gib stopping and painting. Minor cladding repair, window repair or replacement, ceiling installation / remediation, rewiring, flooring installation, healthy homes compliance, etc… would prefer total package quotes with a project manager. Will meet onsite to view property and discuss requirements. Quotes are required within 7 business days, works commence 1st December
