Interior renovations

1: Re line wall where frame is exposed. Install trim around opening and moulding to ceiling. Skim coat on walls so kitchen/dining area can be painted to match lounge. (Photo 1) 2: Re line walls in entrance/hallway area. Replace trim and mouldings around existing doorways, ceiling and where the floor meets wall. Plastering/finishing for painting. (Photo 2). This is the main work required. There may be more, can discuss this when visit to measure up and quote. I need to sell this property. I require this work to be completed as soon as possible.
