Make open plan/new kitchen

Hi, We have a 1970's two storey home in Springfield, Rotorua.... We're wanting to structurally renovate our downstairs area to make our kitchen & lounge an open plan zone. Wall removal, beams etc are likely to be needed and once that's done, the installation of a new kitchen. We're not quite sure where to start with plans... Keen to have someone contact us to organise a consultation. Cheers.
