New kitchen bench top + flooring

I've just purchased a new home and would like to put a new bench top in the kitchen. The L shaped part on the bench top is 225cm x 130cm and a smaller separate section is 124cm long. I'd also like to re-do the flooring. Pictures attached. I settle on the house next week and would like to get this done as soon as possible. Let me know if you're available! I also have a bathroom reno job going and a laundry/garage job going at the same property.
